Customer needed to transition its workplace IT services from an outgoing supplier to a new provider—without disrupting end-user experience or business operations.

Our Role

Our consultant led the transition as Senior Project Manager, ensuring a smooth and secure handover of all technical services across the global workplace IT environment.

Planned and managed the full transition project, including staffing, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
Aligned activities between the outgoing and incoming suppliers, ensuring service continuity.
Developed business cases, communication strategies, and rollout/test plans.
Led engagement and coordination across suppliers, internal stakeholders, and steering groups.
Oversaw user support planning to minimize disruptions and ensure readiness at go-live.
